The original polyethylene plastic three gang 2" cube mold, designed and produced in 1985, has since been proven to be reliable, durable, and easy to strip and reassemble. Most of all, this economical mold produces specimens that test equally with traditional brass molds. Kit contains a three gang mold, top and compactor tamper.
2EOC Econo-Cube Mold
Econo-Cube mold casts 3 compression test cubes at one time in a diagonal arrangement. Mold and detachable base are held together by self-aligning thumb screws which ensure an even, tight fit.
Mold and base are molded from an engineered plastic which resists cement, mortar and mild acids.
ACM-7 Brass Cube Mold
Machined out of brass, this three gang 2" x 2" cube mold makes 3 compression test cubes at once. This mold casts cubes in a diagonal arrangement with a detachable brass base plate. Wing nut clamps lock the mold to the base while stainless thumbscrews secure halves tightly together. Large screed off upper surface area makes this mold a preferred choice. Optional accessories include an all brass fitted top, or a cover plate designed to pour molten sulfur capping compound down through taper holes for testing compressive strength.

C-197 Crack Monitor
The Crack Monitor consists of two overlapping acrylic plates. One plate is white with a black millimeter grid, while the other is transparent with red crosshairs centered over the grid. Once the Crack Monitor is in position across a crack, the crosshairs shift vertically or horizontally on the grid if movement occurs,so that anyone can easily see and track crack movement.
